Visitor Parking Permit – Terms & Conditions

By submitting this Visitor Parking Permit request, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. You acknowledge that the permit is valid only for the registered vehicle, licence plate, and approved parking period specified in your request.

Each visitor parking permit is valid for a maximum of twenty-four (24) consecutive hours from the approved start date. The permit will automatically expire after 24 hours. For example, a permit that begins at 3:00 p.m. will expire at 3:00 p.m. the following day.

Each residential unit is limited to a maximum of five (5) visitor parking permits per calendar month. Every approved 24-hour permit counts as one permit toward the monthly limit. A new permit request must be submitted after the current permit expires. Multi-day or consecutive visitor parking permits are not permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained from Property Management.

Vehicles displaying expired permits, incorrect information, or no valid permit may be subject to parking enforcement action, including ticketing and/or towing, at the vehicle owner's expense.
